Tracy McIntosh, FNP

Tracy McIntosh is a dedicated family nurse practitioner with a master’s degree in nursing from Francis Marion University. She brings a wealth of experience to her role, having worked in both acute and long-term care settings before transitioning into family practice. Since joining Colonial in 2021, Tracy has been committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life.

Tracy’s journey into nursing was driven by a lifelong passion for helping others. Her decision to become a nurse practitioner stemmed from a desire to not only deliver high-quality care but also to empower her patients – ensuring they have a voice in their health decisions and feel truly heard.

Her care philosophy centers on the belief that every patient is unique, with individual needs and preferences. Tracy strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel supported and actively involved in their care.

Outside of the clinic, Tracy enjoys reading and cherishing time with her children and grandchildren.
