Tasha Moore, NP

Tasha Moore is a compassionate nurse practitioner with eight years of experience helping adults navigate their healthcare journeys. Her decision to pursue a career in healthcare was driven by a genuine love for people and a desire to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Tasha earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, where she developed a strong foundation in adult and geriatric care. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and brings both clinical expertise and a warm, collaborative approach to every patient interaction.

Her care philosophy centers on teamwork – she sees her role as a guide, helping patients make informed decisions and empowering them to take charge of their health. Whether managing chronic conditions or promoting preventive care, Tasha is committed to supporting her patients in living healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Outside of work, Tasha enjoys yard work, reading, going to the movies, and relaxing.
